The object of this project is a house which has on the ground floor the day zone all in one, without partitions, containing all the functions: kitchen, dining-room, living-room. The owners needed to separate the dining room from the kitchen without sacrificing any daylight and avoiding any kind of closure between the separate parts. This led to the idea of creating a kind of filter between the two zones. A play of elements taken from the world of nature has a double function: a dynamic chiaroscuro and lightness. Wood and painted iron give shape to the composition.
